International Visitors Council (IVC) is a private, non-profit 501 (C) (3) that promotes mutual understanding among nations. IVC is a citizen diplomacy organization that will give you the opportunity to make friends while helping to improve the U.S. image abroad. IVC's First Wednesday is called "Philadelphia's International Salon" and is some of the friendliest networking in the City. First Wednesday gatherings take place the Annex Grille - Courtyard Marriott (East Side of City Hall).
