As your agent, I will prepare a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for your home at no charge and with no commitment. You can also use our listings database to check current listing prices in your neighborhood.

My plan includes both traditional and on-line marketing to expose your listing to the largest possible market. First you will receive a high quality flyer and home fact sheet for display at your home and your home will be placed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
Your home will be displayed on Realtor.com, the nations leading Real Estate site. We also have reciprocal partnerships with many other sites to drive traffic to your listing:
Your home and open house may be advertised in The Philadelphia Inquirer and/or your local papers.
