Edward Welch is the owner of Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. and Higgins & Welch Appraisers, LLC., both of which engage in real estate sales as well as the construction, valuation, and management of property within the Philadelphia region. He holds licenses and certifications as both a real estate broker and appraiser. For decades, Ed has been successful in working with a diverse client base ranging from private, legal, and finance to non-profit, government and quasi-governmental entities on the local, state and federal levels. His recent contracts include the Division of Aviation, the Philadelphia Housing Authority, and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
Ed completed his associate’s degree in business administration at Montgomery County Community College before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Arcadia University.
He also maintains an inspiring level of civic involvement as a board member of the Temple Fox School of Business Alumni Association, founding president of the Arcadia University Business Alumni Association, and co-chair of Team Higgins & Welch, which supports the annual leukemia and lymphoma charity, Light the Night.
Ed presently resides in Springfield Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he and his family enjoy spending time together and participating in outdoor activities.
